Geogiraph Code of Conduct

Our Code of Conduct is about one thing: Trust. Geogiraph builds the trust layer that bridges the gap between what organizations know to be true and what AI engines say about them. But trust isn't just something we code — it's something we must live every day.

This Code of Conduct applies to all employees, consultants, board members, and partners representing Geogiraph.

1. Our People & Our Workplace

We put customers first

Every day, when making decisions large and small, we prioritize doing what is truly best for our customers by treating their business as if it were our own. Our goal is to help AI portray correct facts about them.

We trust and care about each other

We always start from a position of trust. We recognize every professional interaction is a chance to practice respect, compassion, honesty, and integrity.

We are open, honest, and constructive

By seeking the truth and keeping it real, we are more likely to generate solutions to difficult problems. We welcome and seek constructive feedback so we can learn and grow.

Diversity, inclusion, and belonging

We foster a workplace where different perspectives and experiences are welcomed and appreciated. Every individual must have the chance to succeed, which is a prerequisite for our success as an organization. We have zero tolerance for discrimination and harassment.

Work-Life Alignment

We do not believe in counting hours at a desk. We advocate for a healthy integration of career and personal life:

• Set non-negotiable boundaries: Define your working hours and stick to them. Block out time for family, exercise, and hobbies before you schedule work tasks.
• Focus on intent, not hours: We measure the quality of your presence and energy, not the number of hours you spend looking at a screen.
• Embrace flexibility: Different stages of life and projects require different levels of focus. The goal is to find a rhythm that works for you over time.

2. AI Ethics & Data Integrity

Responsible AI

Our aim: We aim to never knowingly train our models on biased, misleading, inaccurate, or stolen data. We strive to use data sources that are transparent and legally obtained.

No manipulation

Our principle: Our purpose is to verify the truth, not to manipulate it. We aim to never use our technology to manipulate search indexes, contribute to greenwashing, or artificially boost a company's reputation with false "Verified Assets."

3. Business Ethics, Partners & Gifts

Partner Alignment

Our sales and referral partners are the face of Geogiraph. All partners must represent us with honesty and transparency. We do not accept aggressive, misleading, or high-pressure sales tactics.

Gifts and representation

We win deals by having the best product, not by giving gifts.

• Low threshold: We never give or receive gifts, meals, or entertainment that could be perceived as influencing a business decision.
• Symbolic value: Gifts or representation must have a purely symbolic value (as a guideline, maximum 500 SEK) and must always be fully transparent.
• Absolute prohibitions: We never give or receive cash. We do not offer or accept gifts during an ongoing procurement or contract negotiation.

4. Our Environmental Responsibility (Green Tech)

• Conscious cloud choices: Since Geogiraph runs on heavy cloud infrastructure, we actively prioritize cloud regions with a high share of carbon-free energy (CFE regions) as far as technically and operationally feasible.
• Efficient code: We strive to build optimized algorithms and data pipelines. By keeping our code resource-efficient, we minimize unnecessary energy consumption and redundant computing power.

5. Compliance & Whistleblowing

If you notice that something is not right, we want you to tell us. We always protect anyone who reports in good faith.

• First point of contact: Speak with your manager or your contact person at Geogiraph.
• Via email: You can send an email directly to compliance@geogiraph.com (where the matter will be handled confidentially).
• Anonymously (Whistleblowing): If you wish to remain completely anonymous, you can use our external whistleblowing channel: tally.so/r/b5yAXg. This channel does not store IP addresses or metadata, ensuring you remain 100% anonymous.
