1. Service Description
Geogiraph provides an External Data Governance Review that assesses which company facts machines can identify, attribute, and verify from public sources. The review is complimentary and provided as an industry analysis with no financial obligation.
2. Eligibility
The service is intended for corporate entities and their authorized representatives only. You must submit a validated corporate email address associated with the reviewed domain. Free email providers (e.g., Gmail, Yahoo) are not permitted. By using the service, you confirm you are legally authorized to act for the submitted organization.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the service, including but not limited to: submitting false or misleading information, requesting reviews of domains you are not authorized to submit, circumventing security measures, or using automated tools to abuse rate limits. Violation may result in immediate termination of access.
4. Intellectual Property
All content, methodologies, and outputs generated by Geogiraph remain the intellectual property of Geogiraph AB. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use your review for internal business purposes. You may not resell, redistribute, or publicly display it without written consent.
5. Disclaimer
The review uses automated analysis of publicly available information and machine outputs and does not constitute legal, financial, or strategic advice. Results are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Geogiraph is not liable for decisions made based on the review.
6. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Sweden. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Stockholm, Sweden.
