1. Service Description
Geogiraph provides an AI Trust Audit service that analyzes how artificial intelligence systems perceive and represent your corporate domain. The audit is complimentary and provided as an industry analysis with no financial obligation.
2. Eligibility
The service is intended for corporate entities and their authorized representatives only. You must submit a validated corporate email address matching the audited domain. Free email providers (e.g., Gmail, Yahoo) are not permitted. By using the service, you confirm you are legally authorized to represent the submitted organization.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the service, including but not limited to: submitting false or misleading information, attempting to audit domains you do not represent, circumventing security measures, or using automated tools to abuse rate limits. Violation may result in immediate termination of access.
4. Intellectual Property
All content, methodologies, and outputs generated by Geogiraph remain the intellectual property of Geogiraph AB. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use your audit report for internal business purposes. You may not resell, redistribute, or publicly display the report without written consent.
5. Disclaimer
The audit report is generated using automated analysis of publicly available AI model outputs and does not constitute legal, financial, or strategic advice. Results are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Geogiraph is not liable for decisions made based on the audit output.
6. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Sweden. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Stockholm, Sweden.
